## Purpose
The Gov Transparency Project publishes independent, non-partisan analysis
of federal spending, Federal Reserve economic data, and congressional
accountability: money trackers (spending, deficit, debt, contractors),
congressional trackers (members, stock trades, donors, votes, bills),
economic dashboards, Regulatory Watch, a shutdown tracker, a FOIA guide,
and cited analysis articles.

## Crawling
General crawling and indexing are welcome per /robots.txt. AI training and
inference crawlers may access public pages under the same terms.

## Attribution
Cite as "Gov Transparency Project" with the page title, the on-page date,
and the canonical URL. Attribute underlying figures to their primary
sources — FRED, U.S. Treasury, Congress.gov, BLS, USAspending.gov, FEC —
which every page and article links or names.
